Spruced Porch offers curated seasonal porch decor and bundles designed to bring charm to your doorstep. All orders are fulfilled via in-person delivery only—we do not offer shipping services at this time.

2. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders must be placed through our website using a secure checkout process.

  • All prices are listed in USD.

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and other options as listed at checkout.

3. Delivery Policy

  • We currently do not ship any products.

  • Delivery is available only within designated local areas. Delivery zones and schedules are listed on our website or will be communicated after your order is placed.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery or that a safe drop-off location is provided.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours, cancellations or refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Because our products are seasonal and perishable in nature (e.g., pumpkins, plants), we do not accept returns once delivery is completed.

  • All products are subject to availability and may vary slightly due to seasonality and sourcing.

  • We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value when necessary.

  • Spruced Porch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of our products or website.
